Superbly appointed studio units are complimented with a single bedroom unit and a two bedroom unit. Studio and one bedroom units are created especially for couples with each villa set apart for privacy and in its own unique setting. 
If access is an issue we have a studio villa with ramp access and grab rails.
We can accommodate 12 persons (6 couples) or 4 couples and 4 persons as twin share.

Relax after a day sightseeing, walking in the National Parks or visiting the wineries that abound on the Granite Belt.  Enjoy a glass of Granite Belt wine on your verandah and watch the sun set over the valley and vineyards.

Set on 10 acres in the beautiful Broadwater Valley right in the heart of the Granite Belt wine region and only 2 km from the centre of Stanthorpe.
Only minutes from all the attractions of Stanthorpe.  Close to cafés, restaurants, shops and wineries.

 

 

Granite Belt experience

 

31 the rocks has 10 acres of bushland backing onto Lees Mountain. 

There are tracks leading to quite bush areas with spectacular granite rock views.  All tracks are clearly defined and suitable for all levels of fitness.

 


Stanthorpe escapeTrack 1.
Starts at front of Villa 4 and heads downhill into a gulley, across the path of the water that streams of the granite escarpment during heavy rain, before finishing at the base of the escarpment.  Great photos of huge granite boulders.
Distance:  100 metres.         Difficulty: 1.

 

Track 2.
Starts in front of Villa 4 and heads slightly uphill to a clearing ideal for a quite respite surrounded by the wild flowers and natural bush. Continues through the dense bush and eventually joins up with Track 3.  The path then turns toward the rock escarpment and onto the ridge leading to the summit.
Distance:  200 metres.
Difficulty:   1.

Track 3.
Under development - leads to an open rock ledge and the eventual peak of Lees Mountain - views to the west, north-east, and south-west.

Walk to the highest granite feature in the area and watch the sunset over the Broadwater Valley.
