Superbly appointed studio units are complimented with a single bedroom unit and a two bedroom unit. Studio and one bedroom units are created especially for couples with each villa set apart for privacy and in its own unique setting. 
If access is an issue we have a studio villa with ramp access and grab rails.
We can accommodate 12 persons (6 couples) or 4 couples and 4 persons as twin share.

Driving South-West from Brisbane

Head west towards Ipswich, taking the Cunningham Highway turnoff just before Ipswich.  Stay on the Cunningham Highway to Warwick, then follow the signs to Stanthorpe/Sydney. Just before Stanthorpe take the bypass, staying on the New England Highway, until you reach the junction of the Stanthorpe town road. Only 100 meters past the junction turn left into Whiskey Gully Road.  Swing under the rail bridge and turn left again into Brunckhorst Avenue.  31 the rocks is just past Moss Court.  Proceed up the driveway to the reception area at the top of the hill.
As you approach reception - check the beautiful view  - a view over the Broadwater valley to the vineyards beyond. 

 Driving North from Sydney
Head north on the New England Highway, past Tamworth, Glenn Innes and Tenterfield. Stay on the New England Highway until you see the Stanthorpe town junction (approx. 40 mins north of Tenterfield). Approx 100 metres before the town junction, turn right into Whiskey Gully Road.  Swing under the rail bridge and turn left into Brunckhorst Avenue.  31 the rocks is just past Moss Court.  Proceed up the driveway to the reception area at the top of the hill.

 VISITING STANTHORPE FIRST?
To reach 31 the rocks from Stanthorpe town centre just drive south down the main street until you cross picturesque Quart Pot Creek.  Turn second left into Sugerloaf Road.  There is a directional sign board just past the railway crossing.  Continue on and turn right into Rifle Range Road.  500 meters on turn right again into Hale Haven Drive.  There are signs at each of these turns.   Follow Hale Have Drive until in becomes Brunckhorst Avenue.   31 the rocks is clearly marked with a large roadside sign.  Proceed up the driveway to the reception area at thetop of the hill.
